A recent guest had the best time travelling with us from Cape Town to Kimberley and stopping in the historic village of Matjiesfontein on the way.

She got to meet Patches, our very own Matjiesfontein railway guardian. Patches patiently waits each day for Rovos Rail, gets rewarded with sausage treats, and sneaks in cuddles with the conductor every now and then before heading home.
